So, how’s it going?
Fourth Friday in a row where some disorganised person rings 15 minutes before closing to abuse me because we’re not open on weekends. We’ve never been open on weekends and I’m not sure why this is such a surprise to people.
Just direct them to where they can find the opening hours. It’s not your job to be organised for them.
I’ve decided I’m going to fire that particular client. None of us get paid enough to deal with her.
I’ve also had a whiskey or three, which may have something to do with the decision.
