    I can’t remember who I voted for 😄. I know Fairy Tern and South Island Kōkako were in the mix, as some of my favourites.

    I voted for Fairy Tern because it is NZ’s rarest bird.

    I also voted for dottys and kiwi and riroriro and the endangered native gulls. It took me way too long to choose. All our birds are so lovely and feel like friends.
