    Act originally promised to scrap either Matariki or 2nd Jan holiday, is the comment about not scrapping 2nd Jan holiday implying no holiday is being removed?

      Personally, I think we should scrap both, as well as “monarch’s birthday”, and instead get an extra week of annual leave.

      Or perhaps Matariki, good Friday and Easter Monday can go.
