The number of drink drivers stopped is proportional to the number of breath tests conducted. If we want to improve this situation, we could reduce that 16 to zero pretty easily. Just stop breath testing.
My point is this could be high because they did more breath testing. I’m assuming it’s not low or it wouldn’t be news worthy.
