A recent study by Germany’s Institute for Human Rights exploring the possibility of banning the Alternative for Germany (AfD) has put the far-right political party under the spotlight.
Published on 7 June, the study says the AfD now poses such a danger to the country’s democratic order “it could be banned by the Federal Constitutional Court.”

I’m always a bit surprised when I hear it read references to Hogan’s heroes online, because Klink is more a bad guy in them. I grew up with the German version and don’t get me wrong, it has hatable characters like Hochstaetter, but Klink is mostly a loveable idiot who tries to be more or less good to the pows. Manipulated by Hogan, yes, but does try to be good to them.
