Welcome to today’s daily kōrero!

Anyone can make the thread, first in first served. If you are here on a day and there’s no daily thread, feel free to create it!

Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.

So, how’s it going?

Jif and elbow grease worked for us until we stopped caring…

I hear bar keepers friend works well, you can also buy big bags of oxalic acid on Trademe. Just a bit tough to get it to cling on a vertical surface.

Can also get a drill brush or polishing pad and go to town on it with an abrasive like Jif or even automotive glass polish from Meguiar’s and the like

Thanks, I didn’t think Jif would work! I’ll give that a try next if the white vinegar doesn’t work.

Hope it works out! I personally found white vinegar too weak too shift any waterspots that are even remotely old.

Jif works but takes a lot of scrubbing. As long as you’re not using really coarse steel wool or something, you shouldn’t scratch the glass. Glass is usually harder than those green scouring pads.
