    I’m also making ice cream today. Orange chocolate chip.

    I may make a second batch before christmas, anyone got any great recipes?

      Made a bloody good sorbet yesterday. Can of pears, 50g sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp citric acid. Came out fantastic. Also works with ginger instead of cinnamon

        Thanks! I haven’t made sorbet before, do you just throw those ingredients in the ice cream maker?

        I don’t actually like pears, but I presume other fruit works just as well.

            Hmm, I think perhaps I need to look up a sorbet recipe for ice cream makers, I doubt it would work quite the same as that.
