Makes you wonder who was in charge of planning for NATO and how this huge oversight happened. How this coming to light two years into the war.? Pakistan and South Korea and Egypt sold what they are willing to sell. If Ukraine is to get art shells, they will need to be manufactured by NATO. what a clown situation to be in. Aint nobody ever giving up nukes again. The entire nuclear non proliferation “agenda” is a half baked hoax.
