I’ve been grating my beetroots and adding them to salads. It’s the potatoes I’ve struggled to get through.
I had some potatoes last week that needed to get used, so I just made a big pot of mashed potato and froze it. Next time we go to make devilled sausages or a cottage pie, I’ll just take the mash out of the freezer in the morning before. Easy as
