So, how’s it going?
My coffee is unusually good this morning, probably the freshly ground beans. Maybe I need to stop being lazy and start grinding the beans when I make the coffee instead of doing a week’s worth at a time.
Freshly ground is the single best thing you can do for your home coffee! I’m a Moka pot guy, and that in combo with my MacKenzie beans is a match made in heaven
I currently have Raglan Roast Brown Lightning beans and I grind them in small batches for my pour over coffee when I work from home and it’s so tasty (especially with just a splash of full cream added).
Looks good! I might look at grabbing some when I need some more.
You’ve motivated me to stop procrastinating (for the last 2.5 months lol) and order a new batch of Beans - decided to try Kokako this time.
I’m glad a story about my laziness could be so motivating 😄
