One of the very few at least. Around 90% of people have these kind of thoughts from time to time.

Oh right, here’s the template
And here’s the original but it’s weird.
From a mastodon users point of view a Lemmy user behaves like another Mastodon user. For instance this is what my Lemmy profile looks like from mastodon:
Lemmy communities also behave kinda like users:
.
Even though they boost ( e.g. “retweet” ) everything that has been posted to the community. Be it a thread or a new comment.
The big upside of kbin is, that it, as you said, combines micro blogging and news aggregation. While Mastodonusers can interact with lemmy content users on lemmy can only reply to comments posted from Mastodon. We have no real way to send a toot (e.g. “tweet”) to mastodon deliberately.
Yeah I really like his videos. Even tough I’m watching Biffa more frequently than him but that’s probably because I already knew Biffa from his time on hermitcraft.
At the same time there is still Religion class (as in Christian) at school.
Oh yeah right that one exists in some states! In my home state we don’t have that or at least it’s not mandatory. We have Leben, Ethik, Religion (Life, Ethics, Religion) instead as a mandatory class. There we talked about a whole bunch of stuff and looking back it was surprisingly progressiv. For instance we talked about Transgender and Intersexual issues in the early 2000s. We also talked about female genital mutilation. Furthermore we talked about general ethics and got an overview of the world religions like Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and Judaism.
Gradually, humanity should rely a bit more on science than on omnipotent beings.
That’s another odd thing for me because the people I interact with do exactly that. I mean no one thinks a plane would still fly if the numbers are wrong or that a crystal would still begin lasing even if you put it in the wrong cavity just because you prayed for it or something.
absolved of all their past sins
What do you mean by past sins? I always thought that the abrahamic religions don’t believe in reincarnation?
(Fun fact, Spell Check wants to change abrahamic to abracadabra)
Well not necessarily. If you follow the logic the time spend on earth is the assessment time, so the place you spend all of eternity is still undetermined. If your live ends to soon, you’re robbed of time to proof yourself. But this brings up another quirk in the whole logic. Why should less than a hundred years be enough to determine how you’ll spend the rest of eternity? Like, if you have been good enough in the first ridiculously tiny fraction of your existence you’re allowed to spend it in eternal bliss, if not, you’re cleansed or you spend the rest of your eternal existence in torment.
Well to be fair, the pope survived the attempts against all odds and apparently the popes think the armored vehicle is unnecessary but their security details won’t let them go out without it.
Project Euler is really fun, but be warned, the challenges are difficult and they’re not ordered by difficulty or skill development.
Have a hug. You poor bear. You’re obliviously in a very dark place right now, but rest assured the dark days will pass and a brighter time will come :) But please take care of your psyche!
Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t anticipate that a small joke would trigger such a harsh reaction from you. If I hurt you please know that I’m truly sorry about that.
You’re […] a major contributor to society. People love you, especially your parents.
I’m guessing that there’s a lot of your internalized angst bubbling up. So you should know that you are, however you feel about yourself, important to someone and I bet that you contribute to the people around you and they value you even if it might not be apparent to you. Also your parents love you and you should give them a call. <3
These kind of thoughts are normal, but can develope into a subform of ocd called pure-o ocd
