For anyone that’s confused: they are talking about 120,000 km.
Congratulations!
Yeah sorry I didn’t finish the video before posting. Some sections are just plain wrong.
Ah I see.
Researchers who work on transformer models understand how the algorithm works, but they don’t yet know how their simple programs can generalize as much as they do.
They do!
You can even train small networks by hand with pen and paper. You can also manually design small models without training them at all.
The interesting part is that this dated tech is producing such good results now that we throw our modern hardware at it.
I don’t think so? Not a neuroscientist or whatever though.
It’s pretty easy to understand how it works. It’s a giant “guess which word should come next” machine.
Oh it’s definitely dying.
Ah ich meinte die Arbeitsbedingungen, die die Leute krank und zu Pflegefällen macht. Weiß aber nicht ob das logischer ist
Ist ja komisch, direkt nach einer Pandemie und bei den Arbeitsbedingungen??
It runs on any old raspberry pi (any but raspberry pi 1 I believe) in your house, can be used by family and friends as well. Has iOS and Android apps… I have had good experiences with the easy to set up https://snikket.org/ XMPP server.
Hmm I wonder if this will go anywhere. Isn’t it similar to what a graphics card does? Calculating specific instructions in an efficient way? But where does it stop being a CPU? When it only supports specific languages?
Idk I think RISC might be the future more than this. 99% less power consumption is only going to make the neural nets a bit better because they need an exponential increase in processing power for linear gains.
what do you have in mind? Jabber/XMPP is very similar.
Unfortunately the feddit.de server has been broken for quite a while and we have trouble contacting the admin.
But it has 10k impressions!!! which means that 9k bots scrolled past it and a couple of people had it loaded on their app.
Seems like a fun couple
my mp3s aren’t affected
Why and where would this be useful?
So the new strategy is don’t delete your comments on reddit before deleting the account?? :D
You can’t make this shit up
