I don’t think you know what the curve actually looks like if you think this is “behind the curve”. The majority of states have 0 paid sick leave by law, CA already had 3 days and is increasing it to 5.

2·1 year agoIt works well in California. Just had one the other morning for a 4.2.
Depending on how far away it is I’ll have a few seconds notice. This one was really close so the alert came in almost at the same time. Last year I had about 10-15 seconds notice for a 6.4.
Lost his primary in 2014 then resigned before finishing the term.
Because they don’t want him to be speaker, and more importantly he publicly said he would not work with them to keep his speakership.

Yes, there is (for schools and their employees). I literally cited the law.
OP isn’t in the US but you’re wrong here.
Even in public spaces schools are limited with what they can say or publish about kids FERPA. Including pictures. They must have explicit parental consent.
It’s a public Mormon school.
The way things ended tarnish all the good shit did. That’s what she’ll be rightfully remembered for.
Sinema didn’t switch parties. Switching parties would require joining the Republican party for it to matter in the Senate. Sinema switched to independent (no party) and is still caucusing with the Democratic party.
