Aww thanks! Back is already feeling better, though still sore.

Eh, MRI’s aren’t bad. Just lay in a tube for 45 minutes while giant magnets whir around and take images of the brain / body.
The prolactinoma is benign, but screws with hormones a lot. Prolactin being the inverse of dopamine and testosterone explains a lot about the last several years, so glad to be getting back to normal. Thankfully, the excess prolactin has never caused me to lactate either, which is a common symptom of high prolactin.
Thankfully got to spice up the weekend with a guys’ night, so that was fun.
Getting an MRI to see if my prolactinoma has shrunk.
Ya ha ha
100%.
It’s kind of like designing Lego but with weldments, extruded aluminum, cylinders, servos, and any other number of components.
I’m a Mechanical Engineer who designs automation equipment. Basically lots of 3-6 axis robots, multi-axis gantries, various conveyance mechanisms, and other specialized automation equipment integration. Its fun because it is a job all about things moving from point A to point B.
This is my first dip into the fediverse.
I have no interest in a personal page like twitter or facebook / meta, so no plans for mastadon as well.
That said, can someone ELI5 the difference between Lemmy and Kbin?
Is there a reference for all the fediverse places outside of those mentioned above?
Test comment. Please ignore.
We are laying low this summer. Simply saving up for a bigger vacation in a year or 2.
That said, we still plan to bring the kiddo to an amusement park, some hikes, and Michigan Renaissance Festival.
I have just started watching anime again after many years not. After catching up on several of the staples I got into the seasonal stuff, usually while I work.
The ones I like and am watching this season:
There have been a couple others, but I have stepped away from them.
Put One punch man into Harry Potter universe. Main character is much like one punch man. Live of a non magic person (but super strong) in a magic world.
This is what I’ve been doing as well. Still postponing final fight until all shrines found and some side adventures completed.
Same here.
My 7 year old loves watching the gameplay as well. So when we need a break from this heat wave she tells me she wants to watch zelda. Been a ton of fun with her.
So when shes around it’s main quest mostly. I would be ostracized if I did a temple without her.
When it’s just me I work on grinding out shrines or lightroots or armor upgrades usually.
