48 Miles over the span of 3 days with around 50 lbs of gear. It was the Crucible for the Marines. I would say after that probably 13 miles on the AT.

I have also noticed that. I imagine the folks that are interested in a federated site for aggregate links will be less toxic than the normal users on reddit/twitter/etc. At least that is the vibe I am getting so far.

When ever I have guests over it’s fun to have them try a piece of one of the leaves. Watching their face change brings immense joy lol.

Hopefully that didn’t discourage you. This year has been much more forgiving, at least in my area. I know last year was the 2nd longest period without noticeable precipitation for 67 days. Went from June to August with nothing. I was so angry. This year I made sure to put at minimum 7 inches of mulch in every bed >:(

So I started mine indoors under a grow light. I used Miracle Grow Moisture Control potting soil. Got a large bag from Sams club, https://www.samsclub.com/p/miracle-gro-moisture-control-potting-mix/prod1640077.

I also mixed in a good amount of crushed up eggshells. My Ananas Noir are producing a bunch of tomatoes so far.

Where I am at I have a squirrel that will climb the sunflower when It is about to bloom and chew the head right off. The bastard little squirrel then determines that there are in fact no seeds and leaves the head of the sunflower there on the ground uneaten to mock me.

Last year was AWFUL omg!

I think that is Just about it. It sounds like a bunch but my garden is pretty compact.

Oh if anyone knows of good measures against Squash Vine Boring Moths I would be extremely grateful!

I am spraying the root stems with BT spray already.
