            If you ever consider hosting a meet up, I may consider taking a bus to come. but I understand come people’s lifestyles/needs are different, and don’t judge. Thanks for the positivity anyways.

          Aw shoots, hope you had a good time out just the same!

          Jomo (I think I did come up with that like 10 years ago :) choosing to not let fear be the metric) in this case is the joy of knowing what was missed - to fill in the gaps, ready for next time.

          It also works when it was a truly awful event, e.g., Firefest, and the showden fruit schadenfreude is strong, lol.

          But not applicable here - I’m sure it was nice just to get out for fun.

          So mostly to vicariously enjoy something that was missed out on!

        Do you have a beard?

        Is it on the gray side of salt and pepper?

        Do you have an amazing collection of cool, interesting t-shirts?

        Do you wear tasteful coat jackets over those t-shirts?

        These questions make sense if I understood that other question correctly.

            I live too far away and drink rarely/little.

            I’ve always wanted to get in on get togethers but I’m out in the TVR and that makes it challenging.
