I’m looking for recommendations for one or more Android apps that can help me track various biometric information throughout the day. I want to keep track of my sleep, diet, exercise, stress levels, health symptoms, blood glucose, heart rate, body temperature, and weight. I’m hoping to find a single app or a combination of apps that can measure all of these factors. Currently, I’m using a journal, but I’m looking for a more convenient and comprehensive solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Google Fit? I understand that you might be hesitant to upload sensitive health data to Google but that’s likely going to be an issue with any provider. I’m not sure any of them store data exclusively offline.

I agree, Google Fit is excellent at collecting all of your health stats. When Android 14 is released later this month it will include Google Health Connect which makes it very easy for health data to be passed between apps.

I have a Garmin Venu 2 watch and the app for it is fantastic and does everything you’re looking for, except for body temperature and glucose, and “health symptoms”. But ithink it only works if you have one of their watches (based on what you say on your post, I have a feeling you may want to get one, it would make your life easier if you’re recording all that I for consistently)
