I know a lot charities are terrible, and I can’t guarantee that all of these aren’t terrible, but I thought it might do more good than harm to compile this list.

This is a good list; thank you for putting it together. If you’re interested in charitable giving can I suggest taking a look at https://www.givewell.org/ - they try to identify the most cost effective charities that you can donate to in order to improve people’s lives.
