I posted a pic of my cat to a cat community here, but it added this whole paragraph about “if you like cats, blah blah blah come see more on imgur” in an uneditable box on my page. Is there any way to remove/prevent it?

That’s what I did actually! I thought that would bypass any weirdness, but looks like it still did that.
Seems like a bug that we have no recourse for the auto-generated text beneath, especially, directly linked images
