How do you all pay attention during Sprint Planning?
I often start off sprint planning trying my best to pay attention, but then my mind wanders and I come back only to have missed some pivtal information needed to point the story. How do you yall deal.
10ish year senior here. I’m pretty sure it’s impossible.
