Millions of dollars are heing spent just across the border, and the medical card program is a joke. I was just surprised to learn people are still being arrested and prosecuted.

One dispensary on the border of Washington and Idaho raked in $200,000 revenue in a single day. I think those sorts of arrests and prosecutions are more than likely police attacking individuals when there’s nothing else to charge them for.
