The CAD files needed for making an expansion card are open source so you could make your own if you have the expertise. It’s been tried before, but to my knowledge nobody’s done it. I could be wrong though.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the expertise to make my own expansion card, at least not without accidentally starting a fire, but good to know! Hopefully, someone will make one down the line.
Man, if they could add an RJ-45 port or a module for it that wasn’t butt-ugly, I would be all over this laptop.
