My GPU used to have them too, but I recently upgraded to a new one that doesnt, which is fan-fucking-tastic in my opinion. Looks like the floor of a abattoir after a unicorn butchering.

Your BIOS/UEFI might have some settings to turn off lights, if they can’t be controlled through ways of RGB.
