Pork schnitzel, veg in cheese sauce and baked brussels sprouts.
I was originally planning to have a take away burger tonight but I have to finish off this top of Devon before it expires so doing it as as a toasted sandwich with cheese and tomato sauce.
There may be more than one toasted sandwich involved.

I’m planning on just climbing into the chest freezer, might eat some of the dogs kangaroo mince, it’s too hot to think about a proper dinner tonight.
Update; family wasn’t too keen on frozen roo mince, so I did a big crunchy salad with a side of ready-made fried rice.
First time buying a ready made rice, just to see what it was like AND avoid using the stove in this hot weather, it was pretty good and would do it again as a side.
