I’m sorry to hear that, I’ve definitely heard (and had) difficulty with Google support myself. The 7 Pro is still definitely the best and fastest Android phone I’ve used to date though. What did you end up moving to?
Of all the reskins in the Android market, the only one which doesn’t entirely inhibit android is LG’s. I’m still not a big fan of any reskins as they tend to fill the device with bloat wear which takes up memory, but if I had to choose one it’d be LG’s for sure.

Switched over to a samsung a54 :/ not a fan of the OS reskin though. Vanilla android is definitely still superior
