Italy's antitrust agency (AGCM) has fined six energy providers including Eni's Plenitude and Enel a total of more than 15.6 million euros ($16.3 million) for raising their charges during a ban on unilateral price hikes.
So, 15M€ fine for affecting 4M customers, that’s 3.75€ per customer. Certainly they charged a bigger raise per month during that period of 11 months, so situation still profitable?.. Those fines are just a slap in the wrist and smoke to the public eyes…
