There’s a solution. It’s just not a peaceful one. And when we don’t act on that solution, there will be no corner of the planet safe from hunger, thirst, sickness and desperation.
Whatever resources and whatever security you think you can muster on your little slice of salvation will not be enough.
What do you think the solution is? If it’s “kill the rich,” I got some bad news for you. Who takes their place? This is what I mean by a cultural shift. As long as we pride ourselves on funneling as much wealth to as few people as possible, these problems will not go away. In fact, they will continue to get worse.

Corporate pollutors are protected by conservatives. Getting rid of conservatives will involve violence. If we are successful in voting them out, then they will become violent. If we are unsuccessful in voting them out, then they will use their postions to oppress us… Which leads to violent resistance. When that fails, then we also try to relocate and brace for the trouble ahead.
That’s where we find neighbors with opposing ideologies who have resources we need. I blame conservatives squarely for the destruction of the environment. As such, I do not see conservative neighbors as humans. I see them as resources. So, when you move, make sure not to move near me or I might want a cup of sugar from my new neighbor! 😀
A federal judge has upheld the Biden administration’s approval of the Willow oil-drilling project in a remote part of northern Alaska in a move that environmental groups warned will have “tragic consequences” for the Arctic.
Hate to say it, but you’ve fallen for the tribalism meme. Try to be more independent to get a clearer picture of the world around you.
Democrats and republicans are just looking out for different rich people. In many ways, they’re just looking out for the same rich people.
Progressives are the only ones who fight for meaningful change, which is why there are so few of them and they aren’t taken seriously by the majority. We, as a society, do not want to solve these problems. We care more about looking good in front of our greedy and entitled peers.
Definitely need a massive cultural shift to the point of things looking nothing like they do today in terms of power and government.
We would be swimming upstream… No more like a goldfish trying to swim up and open firehose.
So I predict that we won’t do much until we hit a billion or two dead (maybe 50-75 heard? Idk). Hopefully we will start to take real action before governments are collapsing from climate refugees and death. If not then we will keep dying off and the problem solves itself as greenhouse gas emissions plummet by several orders of magnitude.
Sounds neat. Gonna grow all your own food and just live off the land?
If that’s what it takes. We’ve done it before.
🤣🤣🤣
Good for you, buddy. Good for you.
Thanks. It’s better than sitting around and dying because other people didn’t solve my problems for me.

Lol, speak for yourself.

Lol, what? Neither side wants to stop using fossil fuels because it helps keep America ahead of its adversaries.

Biden is a conservative. Neo-liberals are conservatives. Most Democrat politicians, are neo-liberal/conservative.
Progressives would be the answer if there were enough of us. But it seems there may not be.
Sometimes violence really is the answer. Never in history has conservatism been cured by pacifism.

Better put that plan in action fast.
Some fun links from the World Economic Forum and United Nations:
Global freshwater demand will exceed supply 40% by 2030 and 90% of global top soil and arable land is at risk of depletion by 2050.
And don’t have kids.
Lol. I’ll move when the time is right.
Haha. You’re one of those people.
People like you, who willingly create children just to watch them suffer, disgust me.
Lol, what? I think you need some fresh air, man.
No just move where it’s safe for the remainder of my lifetime. Which is only like 50 more years at best. And have no kids.
