Like say for example I wanted a cool icon for my kbin/lemmy community.
I used the Reddit forhire sub in the past but it seems less active nowadays… plus it’s Reddit…
And I’ve used fiverr before but it seems better suited for having a cool artwork made than for webdesign or something highly specific due to the language barrier.
Upwork, freelancer, fiver are all gig websites you could use, since it’s a hobby project that’s probably your best bet.
Alternatively design discords might help, make sure to let them know it’s paid.
If you’re looking for more premium then look for specific designers/web devs outside of these places.
