Is there a system or plans for a system to pass magazine ownership from inactive owners or remove potential squatters?

currently, its by request made to the dev, Ernest. it can take awhile though. he busy
Part of him being busy is that he’s the sole mod of like 7 of the top 15 magazines on kbin.social (and 1 of 2 mods of another one).
I think for sure it should be considered even if in the future.
