Did the cops ever answer the question of what he was being arrested for? As far as I can tell at the end of the video they just said he was being arrested for resisting arrest?
I couldn’t really tell either. He was yapping about there being a warrant but I agree it sounds like they arrested him for something else. But it also seems like they would’ve done that from the jump so I’m not even sure.

They legally don’t have to. They can, and often do, but there is no requirement that they do so.
