For leftover pizza, I warm up pieces one at a time on my pizza steel so a bit after the first piece is done being eaten, the second is ready to come out of the oven.
Some things go cold very quickly, like pizza. That’s my issue. Once food goes cold I don’t want to eat it.
For fresh pizza, it usually stays warm long enough for me to enjoy it. For leftover pizza, I warm up pieces one at a time on my pizza steel so a bit after the first piece is done being eaten, the second is ready to come out of the oven.
