I am tired of seeing it and tired of hearing about it. If I knew Anonymous’s phone number I would call them but I don’t . I just want to be a person like them when they took down child porn rings except this time it is Nazi’s and all that entails

Just visit Twitter if you want to find Nazi shit to point at. Or Truth Social. Or Gab. There are an endless number of Nazi gathering places on the clearnet. No need for the dark web.

Do yourself a favor: learn to program and take a deep dive into cybersecurity. And then, if you still feel the same, Google how to access the dark web “safely” (spoiler alert- good luck with that).

What? This I don’t agree with. I do agree that learning to “hack” isn’t a something that happens quickly unless its just playing around with essentially toy scripts. But, no using Tor is pretty safe, browsers already have very good sandboxing (with the exception of some limited things like the recent tiktag exploit on ARM)- and Tor has even more anti-tracking features than a standard browser. That’s on top of using onion routing. But, even if your IP does somehow get leaked it doesn’t really matter unless you annoy someone enough that they DDOS you(unlikely)- but given you probably have a dynamic IP you can just reset your router/change the mac address, or request a new IP from your ISP.

I get that you feel safe. That’s kinda the point. But I’d be surprised as hell if the Five Eyes couldn’t identify and track just about anyone they want.

I’m aware of the tools available and what they do, I just believe that those with deep resources likely have better tools available to them.

Probably mostly people, but not based on them using Tor

Yeah, I don’t have a lot of faith that Tor makes us untraceable to intelligence agencies. It makes it more difficult, I’m sure, but I assume Five Eyes hardware is 10 years ahead of consumer hardware.

But I don’t see why you have to be 100% untracable to government intelligence agencies to be relatively safe?

With context, he is wanting to “hack.” The chances of it being above board are slim to none. I’m sure part of his hacker fantasy is not getting caught.

The government had full access to people’s social media accounts, emails, personal computers, phones, and even webcams and microphones way back in the early 2000’s. If they could do that back then with a super secretive program and limited funding, imagine what they can do now with a fully funded Patriot Act and no mandate for discretion. It’s not the whole government that has these resources, but the NSA and CIA certainly do, and they’ve all agreed to share with each other ever since 9/11.

Sure, but there’s no antivirus program for your eyeballs and brain. You can’t unsee the shit you might see there.

I am just tired of hearing the far right in the US and it seems nobody is doing anything about it. Is there any site I can learn how to white hack?

        Nazi shit is definitely exhausting.

        My advice remains

Do yourself a favor: learn to program and take a deep dive into cybersecurity.

Hacking is not something you learn in an evening. Even back in the day of script kiddies, which has long since been a distant memory, it took a serious investment to learn. Companies spend billions on security, and it’s a felony to try to breach it. Even failed attempts can land you in prison. Find some local protest groups and team up with them for more meaningful action.
