Last month, I realized that my life was sedentary af, so I decided to change it a bit. I added a great morning routine with 15-30 minutes of exercise; I also added sets of 10 pushups at several hours of the day. However, even with that, I am still sitting the rest of the time. I don’t have interest in sports and hate social life (not introvert but still), but those things are not always daily either. So why is it difficult to escape a sedentary lifestyle?
