Just about to make the patties… Right after I have a couple more drinks.

I made a big batch of bolognese sauce ( my own variation) and froze it in a few ice cube trays a week ago.

I made some pan fried potatoes and put some of those over them.

Miniest invoked “sick privileges” and requested McDonalds 😬 so mcchucks it is.

Inspired by my outing to Taco Bill’s the other night I recreated a bastardised version of the food I ate. I named it Tex/Mex/Oz and for some reason I can’t show the pix so you’ll have to take my word for it. It was good. Anyway I’m drinking beer. Cheers 🍺

Oh I should describe what I had. Chips with chilli beans and melted cheese. Corn chips and salsa. Spicy chicken tenders. Sour cream and guacamole.
