UK/European motorcycle market is broken up into three segments all with weight/power restrictions an licensing requirements. A1: 11kW, 0.1kW/kg, 125cc maximum A2: 35kW, 0.2kW/kg, and must not be derived from a vehicle more than twice its power, A: unrestricted Barrier to entry on A1s is very low.
What is the “cc” measuring here? Volume of the battery?
