Check out the Youtube series ‘City Planner Plays Cities Skyline’ he actually plans out and manages the cities he makes with absolutely everything: Water pipelines, power utilities, different levels of road and traffic management, zoning for commercial/residential/commerce etc. He even designs and implements things like University Campuses and National Parks into his cities.
