One of the things fascinating to me is that some of the problems humans are bad at handling (such as social engineering) AI tends to be even worse at.
minus-squareCorhenlinkfedilinkEnglish2•9 months agoI mean, if you go to your credit card provider with a copy of the log with their rep, and the rep says “i authorize a refund”, you can atleast make the argument. Any company scummy enough to trust an AI for this wouldnt give it the authority, though
