I’m actually serious, which button is the right one? Why are there two? Also should a Pic of a toilet be considered NSFW?

Most arn’t super water efficent, but maintenance can be done by just about anyone. (American here, Euro style toilets are just better)
Perhaps you could say how American toilets flush… presumably they’re sufficiently different that they don’t work like what you posted ?
