In Utah most renters have opted to live under the freeways or in open trenches, where it’s a little warmer during these cold freezing Spring months. Many have died of exposure but that’s what happens when you’re priced out of any avialable rental units, and there are no people in this state who have the money to afford their housing costs any longer. Most properties here belong to investors from other countries.
