Against people - backstab. Against bots - headshots
In Overwatch 1(haven’t played OW2) headshots were the worst. A widow or doomfist(for different reasons) on the enemy team meant that you might as well eat a brick, since it will be more fun than the round you are about to play.
Head shoot razorback for heavy and just the razorback for heavy.
immune to headshots, most spies are ez evade with any and every class lol
