Slacker is a 1990 American independent comedy-drama film written, produced, and directed by Richard Linklater, who also appears in the film. Slacker was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize - Dramatic at the Sundance Film Festival in 1991.

At about 15:15 the guy with the conspiracy theories brought up the greenhouse effect, and said it was coming in a few decades and not 100 years like they were saying.
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this film. So full of interesting characters. A bit mesmerizing.
Same here, and it’s great for jumping in ,remembering a scene on its own.
