Let me speculate a little. The time of the breach coincides with the Trello incident. While Trello itself is not a ticketing tool, I’ve realized it is tied into the Atlassian ecosystem, which also consists of tools like Confluence, or Jira.
Overall, I’m quite surprised this has not happened earlier. SatoshiLabs has been using SaaS for customer support from the beginning.
