For those interested: It’s a sculpture called “Betonturbinen” by Karl Rissler, in a small city in southern Germany
I immediately thought of some ruins to explore. Playing too much Totk.
Unfortunately no loot worth mentioning in the area. But I think I’ve leveld up.
