I remember having this exact same discussion a while ago too.Ultimately, you lose absolutely nothing by editing this post and adding an nsfw tag.
Asking you to tag something isn’t an attack on your work or your person, it changes exactly nothing for you.In the future, when multiple people politely ask you to tag something… consider taking the 5 seconds to tag it and move on with your life.
