Consultation: Updating the amateur radio licensing framework

We are proposing to make a number of changes to the amateur radio licensing framework, to make sure it meets the needs of today and tomorrow's radio amateurs.

Ofcom are proposing some changes to amateur radio licencing in the UK. The proposals are interesting.
